Some of the applicators in the pack I purchased are empty.
As three applicators sit in the box with the tip facing down the majority of the gel sits in the neck of these applicators and when compressed the main body can seem as though it is full of air.
To resolve the issue, reposition the applicator with the tip facing up and the gel will move back into the body of the applicator. When compressed you should feel the gel being squeezed out of the applicator.
